The whole law is summed up in one saying: “ You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

Consider how you treat others, particularly those you dislike or see as inferior. Think of a particular person. Perhaps a neighbor or co-worker you find particularly annoying. Recall the last time you encountered them and what happened. Did you even speak to them?

Now imagine the same scene again but this time you encounter someone you really care about and enjoy. Notice the differences in your behavior. What are one or two simple, concrete things you could do to treat the person you dislike in a more loving way? Put your ideas into action and see what happens.
