Even though the disciples had spent many years with Jesus, they did not know everything.
Jesus promised to send them the Spirit to guide them. They had to continue to grow in their
understanding of Jesus’ teachings. They did not always agree with each other. They had to listen
to each other, reflect and pray for guidance.

What do you do to deepen in your understanding of Christ’s teachings?
As long as we live, there is more to learn. Are you open to what the Spirit would teach you?
